How To Keep Yourself Still Young

1. Throw out nonessential numbers: This includes age, weight and height. Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.

2. Keep only cheerful friends:The grouches pull you down. (Keep this in mind if you are one of those grouches ;)

3. Keep learning: Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle. "An idle mind is the devil's workshop."And the devil's name is Alzheimer's! 4. Enjoy the simple things..........


5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.

6. The tears happen:
Endure, grieve, and move on. The only person, who is with us our entire life, is yourself, LIVE while you are alive.


7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, plants, hobbies, whatever. Your home is your refuge.

8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it. If it is unstable, improve it. If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.

9. Don't take guilt trips:
Take a trip to the mall, even to the next county, to a foreign country, but NOT to where the guilt is.10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.

Yesterday

Yesterday, I was very.......very sick poor me? but who know first what will happen tomorrow then? However, I never forget it was one year of anniversary that I know a good friend who’s named “?????”, sorry that can't tell specific name. He is a first guy who decide took as good friend since when first talk over the phone on April 05, 2005 between 3:37 pm. We knew by accident. See......I have good rememry to remember all anything has happened even though good for bad in my life. I thought thatwe should do something special in that day as souvenir, but no luck, “coz I was sick, not better yet” :(

Now a day, I still remember this good relationship very well, but I did not know or never care how his feel to this “Is he keep it in mind as me or not???” . To me i’m ok with any situations, I understood, he might not....... because he normally forgotten person, and could not keep any thing in mind well. Hmmm he is a person who a bit difficult to catch up but he’s good friend to me. We are always, talk out of our any feel, any sorrow or and happy for several times, I like him "Most of my colleagues always confused with our relations too" They said we are in love.........but I told then it's not true, coz we just a best friend only. By the way, dear beloved readers, “Please don’t confused to this na... we’re just good friends is friends only can’t be translate in to other meaning.......ok? :-)

For a year a go, even we did not have much time to meet.........and even I knew he has a bad hobby as well, he's a kind of out off minded person, while he talk to me somethings sometime he forgot it that why coz sometime feel bored with him too because I am lazy to catch up. He's also a bit funny guy when I angry want to a go ways from him.........he always trying messages or call me many........many times until I talk with “how crazy he is???” this is true!

Moreover, there were a lot of activities that that we did together such as went around sometimes, came to learn at my office, and sometimes we’re consulted our headache problems.......or such as enjoyable matters anyways. But we’re always keeping our custom very well never did anything wrong reject this beauty culture. Although, I can’t describe all what has happened.

However, we are both still the best and hopefully we’ll keep our relations living longer lives forever, that's all I want to say now. Finally, I promised my self will not reminding him about this, because want to know “how much does he remember about this communication” coz he was a first start wish to know me but he don’t that his baby not mind right?

And hopefully this blog will make him remember well if he takes a chance to read this..!!!
